Due to legal reasons we needed to pivot to a fantasy product from our sports betting products (Prediction Market & Bet Feed) to launch a revenue generating product which would help secure more funding.
We quickly launched our Player Prop Parlay App, which introduced differentiation via gamified elements, personalization, and social features.

How It Works
PPPs works by combining multiple player prop picks together, min 2 players, and all legs of the parlay have to hit to win.
Introducing HYPE
Hype is a numeric system that is generated through the addition of players in a parlay, the difficulty of the parlay, and success of the parlay.
Your Hype progress is showcased by the Hype progress bar around player profile pictures.
When a player levels up, the user will receive a Boost Pack that will reveal Boost Tokens that allow users to adjust that players stat line and make it easier to win.

Conclusion
After struggling to find product market fit with our stock market for sports product and having to pivot to a fantasy product due to legal reasons, we successfully found product market fit, with strong organic growth with our Player Prop Parlay app. Additionally, having driven differentiation in category with HYPE, we effectively created levers we could pull on that drove stronger revenue metrics than we had with our previous two products.
